应甘肃省数学与统计学基础学科研究中心邀请，广东工业大学乔守红教授将为学院师生作学术报告。
报告题目：Subgroup perfect codes of finite groups
报告摘要：A perfect code C in a graph X is an independent set of X such that every vertex of X outside C is adjacent to exactly one vertex in C. A subgroup perfect code in a finite group G is a subgroup H that can be realized as a perfect code in a Cayley graph of G. In this talk, we will show that subgroup perfect codes can be characterized by the "local" complements and discuss the influences of subgroup perfect codes on the structure of 2-groups. We also investigate the core-free maximal subgroups of primitive groups G. Finally, we will present some applications of these results to linear groups and symmetrical groups. It is a joint work with N. Su, B. Xia, Z. Zhang and S. Zhou.

报告人简介
乔守红，2009年毕业于中山大学获理学博士学位，现为广东工业大学万象城老虎机官方网站教授，入选 “广东省高等学校优秀青年教师培养计划”。 乔守红的研究方向为有限群理论及其应用，在Journal of Algebra、Journal of Pure and Applied Algebra、Science China Mathematics以及Discrete Mathematics等期刊上发表学术论文40余篇，主持国家自然科学基金及省部级科研项目多项。曾经到西澳大利亚大学、瓦伦西亚大学、中国科学技术大学及墨尔本大学做长期访学。
